We’ve been using New-Tech Engineering as a Service Provider for solar installation done at our SAH lab at Njala for two years now. There service performance is very good. The system went through warrantee period with no problem. Utility continues in the second year with maximum satisfaction and no repairs as at now, 5th September 2022.

Communication with New-Tech Engineering during the contracted period was very timely and there was no time we needed to reach them that we did not get their prompt response. Where there was difficulty in meeting initial requirement, they raised the point, it was discussed and they improvised the needful that gave same value as was planned.

The team is very focused and committed to work which propels them working as a team. When on assignment, the team works above the normal 8hrs per day which enables them deliver on or before deadline. There was no problem encountered during the implementation of these contracts as the service provider is very proactive, was always on site with all the needful for implementation.

On a scale of 1-5, I will give them 5 for reliability, 5 for quality of service and 5 for Lead time, 5 for attitude toward customers service and complain and 5 for company overall performance.
