We have been using New-Tech Engineering service for over four years now and their service performance is beyond our expectations. Their communications during contracted periods are timely and accurate and always meet or exceeded our specifications and would be willing to provide suggestions and ideas on latest industry trends.

Surprisingly, New-Tech Engineering has always completed task before the agreed deadline and we have never encountered any problem during implementation of contracts. On a scale of 1-5, I will give them;
5- for reliability
5- for quality of service. Consistently conformed or exceeded the requirement.
5- for Lead time
5- for attitude toward customers service and complain and 5 for company overall performance.
